I have been buying from essential tracksuits for years now and have never had a problem before this one. The order arrrived in a big box and was obviously not inspected before shipping. The item was in an unmarked unsealed plastic bag with no information on it. It was stuffed inside this bag and pieces were missing. I emailed the customer service immediately and they asked for proof, I sent the pictures. They shipped me a new item in original packaging and all is well.
